Man Charged in 11 Year Old's Death on Fourth

Take a look at this Dumb Fuck. Aaron Sullivan, 50, of Kansas City, has been arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action in the Fourth of July death of 11 year old Blair Lane. For those of you not following this story already, Blair was killed by a stray bullet while lighting fireworks in an east Kansas City neighborhood. The assumption was that some dumbass was celebrating the Fourth by shooting in the air like a West Virginia Hillbilly.

Four men admitted to taking turns firing the gun that investigators linked to the bullet that killed the little girl. The weapon was a 9mm Glock belonging to Sullivan. He turned the gun over to the police earlier this week for testing.

Grown men, fifty years old, firing a gun indiscriminately. Unbelievable. And why are they not charging the three other geniuses? Hopefully charges are pending on them as well. Sullivan is currently being held on $25,000 bond.

And WTF is he looking at in that mug shot? Is he already keeping an eye out for the prison rapists? Enjoy your time in the slammer, dipshit!

Former Grandview Police Officer Charged with Murder, Rape

Prosecutors from both Jackson and Cass Counties announced this morning at a joint press conference that they are charging Jeffrey Moreland with murder and rape in connection with several cases that span a number of years. Moreland medically retired from the Grandview, MO Police Department several years ago before any of the alleged crimes took place.

The suspect picked up a woman walking down MO 291 in Harrisonville on June 30. He took her to his home and raped her. Afterward, he gave the woman $100, hit her on the head and told her she was stupid for getting into a car with a stranger. The investigation into her abduction and rape, and the DNA taken from that case, led to the break in the cold case murders from 2008 ands 2010.

Moreland has been charged with the 2008 murder of Cara Jo Roberts. Roberts was found in her bathtub, shot in the head. He has also been charged in the 2010 murder of Nina Whitney in south Kansas City.

Moreland had been a suspect in the murder investigations and was asked for a DNA sample on June 16th and declined. Well, he provided one by raping the woman on June 30 and was subsequently linked to the homicides. He fled the area and was arrested on July 5th in Des Moines. Good luck in prison Jeff, I hear they enjoy former Police Officers in there! You're going to be real popular.

Thugs Rob Snowbound Victims at Gunpoint

Karma's a bitch. These two fine looking gentleman to the right were caught by Kansas City Police Thursday stuck in the snow in a stolen Chevrolet Suburban. Darion Page, Michael Taylor (yes, that is a man), and an unidentified Juvenile have been arrested in connection with a series of robberies Wednesday and Thursday. The suspects would roll up on folks stuck in the snow, pull a gun and rob them (nice).

On Wednesday evening they robbed a preacher at 85th and Prospect after the preacher and another man freed the vehicle from a snowbank, these two thugs stole the Suburban as well. Another stranded motorist was held up at on Hillcrest near 103rd st. While Police were responding to that robbery, they happened upon the suspects, themselves stuck in the snow. While being interviewed, Page and Taylor both admitted being present during the robberies, but blamed the holdups on the 16 yr old juvenile. The juvenile did not make a statement to Police - he's probably the smartest one in the bunch.

I hope the courts aren't too hard on them, I'm sure they were just short on money for college tuition for next semester.

Man Attacks Woman in Motel, Carves "Hoe" into Chest

Kansas City Police are currently investigating a brutal attack on a 22-year-old woman this weekend that occured in a local motel. The woman, after passing out drunk, awoke to find the word "hoe" carved into her chest with a box cutter.

Accoring to the police report, the woman met a man at a hotel she had talked to on a chat line, but the man left after she refused to have sex with him. The woman then proceeded to finish her bottle of alcohol, then awoke in the night to see a man pacing in her room and calling her a hoe. The woman believes this was a different man than the one she had originally met. When she woke in the morning, she had been physically assaulted and possibly raped, with the word "hoe" cut in her chest.

While I feel terrible for the injuries the woman suffered, people need to learn not to put themselves in situations that can lead to personal trauma. Meeting up with someone you met on a chatline and then drinking an entire bottle of hard alcohol with him will often lead to bad things. Hopefully the horrible aftermath of this crime will serve as a warning to other Kansas City women to use more caution when meeting strangers, especially those met on the internet or through a chat line.

Two Injured in Knife Attack at Penn Valley Community College

Bookmark and Share

A young man wearing a bullet-proof vest and wielding a knife injured two people at Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City on Tuesday morning. Casey Bresnik, 22, was charged on Tuesday evening with two counts of first-degree assault, a felony, and armed criminal action. The computer lab where the attack took place was being readied for Missouri Governor Jay Nixon, who was making a tour of Missouri to talk about the $57 million state program to expand Internet service throughout the state. The Governor got word of the attack upon landing at the downtown airport and continued on to Springfield.

Injured in the attack were Dean of Instruction, Al Dimmett, Jr., and Metropolitan Community Colleges Chancellor Mark James. Bresnik lunged at Dimmett and slashed his throat, James was wounded trying to retrain the attacker. Dean Dimmett was seriously injured and had surgery Tuesday. He is currently listed in stable condition.

Classmates described the assailant as a quiet (of course) student who sat in the back of his classes. He also has numerous tattoos including an anarchist's symbol on his hand. Witnesses described Bresnik playing with a knife in the moments before the attack. Nice security by the college when expecting the Governor of your state to make a speech shortly. His Facebook page reported is filled with nutjob ramblings including a reference to attending the G20 Summit in Toronto and being arrested there.

Naked Man Dragged by Beard Out of Home

Men have tried a lot of different strategies over the years to try and get women, ranging from buying flowers, serenading them outside of of their window or just blindly throwing money at them. Unfortunately, Laurence Saunders of Kansas City didn't think those would be enough to impress his neighbor, so he tried a new method: breaking into her bedroom naked.

According to the woman's report, she woke up to find a naked Saunders standing in her room. After grabbing his beard (this thing rivals the fuzz on ZZ Top) the man got violent, so the woman beat him in the head a few times before he finally left. He could be found later on the woman's desk, sitting alone and crying (aww).

Remember when stuff like this was used to impress a woman? I've tried some embarrassing manuevers to impress a girl but this crosses the border of persistant to criminal. The police said that Saunders had been drinking, which may explain a few things (hopefully), but don't people think before they act? Next time you give your girlfriend or wife one of these for valentines day and she seems unappreciative, just mention this story. Hopefully she will then start to warmup to her new gift you grabbed at Walgreens on your lunch break.
